From crafting and co-ordinating strategies to directing and supporting external partners, keeping things on track and monitoring its performance, the opportunity is there to make the role your own.

The company would provide a detailed overview of our operation, how things work, what we’ve tried before, all the datasets we have and what our tools are capable of. If you are prepared to digest what needs to be achieved, the problems at hand, and be willing to put your knowledge and ideas to work in making a difference then this role could well be suited to you. It is a hybrid role based in Liverpool.

Their client experience spans the tech, entertainment, automotive and retail industries and includes well-known brands such as Google, Harrods, Cisco, Emirates, Volkswagen, BBC and adidas.

Job requirements

Supported by the senior management team, the digital marketing associate would leverage the skills and knowledge of external agencies such as existing marketing advisers, social media agency, SEO Agency and internal teams to co-ordinate and execute marketing plans and out-reach strategies/campaigns, keeping things organised, co-ordinated and always on the lookout for improvements and efficiencies.

  • A good communicator; able to work effectively alongside multiple small teams and external partners.
  • Able to articulate ideas and contribute towards the overall marketing strategy and its execution.
  • Be a self-starter, willing to learn new things on the job, for example tools for analysing search engine traffic and other metrics, monitoring trends.
  • Analytical, able to demonstrate the ability to interpret what certain measurement metrics are informing and suggest any changes to management.
  • Report on activities that have taken place, past performance, new activities planned, and get a hold of what works, what doesn’t and how things could be improved.
  • Willing to follow up leads that marketing activity may generate to establish if they are the right type of lead and create a follow up action. Or note that leads are of the wrong quality and perhaps we are not reaching the right target audience.
  • Be presentable and articulate in video calls with prospective clients.

Some commercial working experience would be preferable but if you have recently graduated and therefore have the theory and are ready to put it into practice then this could be a good fit for you.
